What is the best vitamin, supplement, etc.. drink or pills to take for me?

I workout 4-5x a week. Weight lifting, running, stairs and/or swimming. I eat healthy about 50% to 75% of the time. I dont feel the benefits of working out like I think I should, as much as I workout. It is very difficult for me to eat healthy all the time but I dont eat hardly any fried food or fast food. As far as supplements, I only drink protien shakes. I have heard of Mona Vie and stuff like that. I am looking for the “WOW” supplement that gives you energy, antioxidants, all that good stuff. I feel like I am dragging more than I should. Any advice?
