Diet Plan Help Me?
This is my plan, and yes im VEGAN!
Daily Plan
1 – 2 Cans of V-8 juice
2 – 3 tea bags of green tea
10 – 20 pretzels for snacking, 60 – 120 calories
or
100 calories of lemon & chile cornuts
1 – 2 cups of carrot juice
i like eating lots of raw fruit
ive also been trying the acai berry products
idk just want more options!
keep um low carb for me, low calorie and VEGAN!
im 5 9
um 145 pounds?
