Could I get away with not eating veggie if…?
I take a well-rounded multivitamin, drink a glass of acai fruit juice (link provided), get all of my dietary fiber from whole wheat sources, and eat a serving of blueberries daily? What would I be missing out on since I’d be getting all the antioxidants and fiber I need?
